Composition:

Active components:

Adonis extract of thick 0.06907 g

Potassium bromide 0.25 g

Excipients: magnesium carbonate basic (magnesium bicarbonate), potato starch, refined sugar, talc, calcium stearate, aerosil (silicon dioxide colloid), titanium dioxide, food gelatin, beeswax, paraffin, sunflower oil, quinoline yellow.

Description:The tablets covered with a covering, yellow color, with biconcave surface, kernel of gray-green color, on a cross-section are visible two layers.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Has sedative as well as moderate cardiotonic action.

    Indications:Neurotic syndrome, including accompanied by tachycardia.
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pronounced bradycardia, atrioventricular blockage of various degrees, Adams-Stokes-Morgagni syndrome, angina pectoris.

    Dosing and Administration:Inside 1 tablet 3 times a day.
    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting; with prolonged use - cough, runny nose, general weakness, memory loss, skin rash, conjunctivitis.

    When taking the drug in large doses, loss of appetite, diarrhea, headache, depressive symptoms, visual impairment are possible.

    Overdose:

    Symptoms: pronounced bradycardia, polytopic extrasystole, bigeminy or trigeminia, retardation of atrial-ventricular conduction; in severe cases - flutter of the ventricles, cardiac arrest.

    When intoxication associated with an overdose of cardiac glycoside preparations, take a break in their use, if necessary, prescribe potassium preparations and antiarrhythmic drugs.

    Interaction:

    The drug enhances the effect of hypnotics and other medications that depress the central nervous system, which requires correction of doses with simultaneous application.

    10 tablets in a planar cell package; 2 or 3 contour mesh packages together with instructions for use are placed in cardboard packs.
