Pharmacodynamics:Has fibrinolytic anti-inflammatory (due to the extract of onions), antithrombotic (due to heparin) and keratolytic action (due to allantoin). Stimulates cellular regeneration without hyperplasia and inhibits the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts.
Pharmacokinetics:During the study it was found that heparin penetrates into the connective tissue of the dermis in sufficient quantity for a curative effect within 4 hours. Deep penetration is provided by a combination of the constituent parts of the drug (transepidermal heparinization). Systemic absorption is not observed.
Indications:Hypertrophic, keloid scars (after operations, amputations, burns, injuries); ankylosis (contracture) of the joints; traumatic tendon contractures; Dupuytren's contracture; atrophic scars that occur after acne or furunculosis.

Contraindications:Individual intolerance.
Pregnancy and lactation:No data.
Dosing and Administration:On the scar surface of 20-25 cm2 2-3 times a day, apply 0.5 cm of gel, rubbing into the scar tissue with light massage movements. The course of treatment for fresh scars is 1 month.
Side effects:Allergic reactions in rare cases.
Interaction:Compatible with other medications.
Special instructions:The drug can be used during physiotherapeutic procedures. To enhance the effect, it is possible to apply on pre-steamed skin.
When treating fresh scars skin needs protection from UV-abloating, cold and intense massage.
