    Pharmacodynamics:

    The preparation is of plant origin. Stimulates secretory and motor activity of the gastrointestinal tract, has an expectorant effect, strengthens lactation.

    The action of the drug is carried out at the expense of essential oil, which is part of the fruit of anise ordinary.

    Indications:

    It is used for inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract with difficult sputum, and also for the treatment of hypogalactia.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Baby dosage of infusions of anise fruit ordinary

    Up to 1 year - ½ teaspoon;

    3-5 years - 1 teaspoon;

    6-14 years - 1-2 tablespoons;

    14-18 years - 2-3 tablespoons.

    Adults

    It is taken orally 30 minutes before meals in the form of infusion (4 teaspoons per 1 liter of boiling water), ¼ cup 3-4 times a day.

    The highest daily dose: 2 cups (two teaspoons of dried fruit).

    The highest single dose: ¼ cup decoction.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not described.
