    Combined drug, has detoxification, plasma-substituting, rehydrating, diuretic, anti-shock, anti-aggressive action. Reduces hypovolemia, prevents blood clots and the development of metabolic acidosis, increases diuresis, improves microcirculation.

    Indications:

    Dehydration, intoxication (dysentery, food poisoning, cholera El Tor).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, hyperkalemia, alkalosis, CRF, the presence of contraindications to the introduction of large quantities of liquid into the body.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Intravenously (struino and drip), under the control of laboratory indicators. Within 1 hour, administer the solution in an amount corresponding to 7-10% of the body weight of the patient; then the jet infusion is replaced by a dropwise addition, for 24 to 48 hours at a rate of 40 -120 cap / min. Before administration, the solution is heated to 36-38 ° C. The solution is administered in amounts necessary to restore the volume of fluid lost with feces, vomit, urine, sweat.The balance of injected and lost fluid is determined every 6 hours.
