    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, has detoxification, plasma-substituting, rehydrating, diuretic, anti-shock, anti-aggressive action. Reduces hypovolemia, prevents blood clots and the development of metabolic acidosis, increases diuresis, improves microcirculation.

    Indications:

    Dehydration, intoxication (dysentery, food poisoning, cholera El Tor).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, hyperkalemia, alkalosis, CRF, the presence of contraindications to the introduction of large quantities of liquid into the body.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Intravenously (struino and drip), under the control of laboratory indicators. Within 1 hour, administer the solution in an amount corresponding to 7-10% of the body weight of the patient; then the jet infusion is replaced by a dropwise addition, for 24 to 48 hours at a rate of 40 -120 cap / min. Before administration, the solution is heated to 36-38 ° C. The solution is administered in amounts necessary to restore the volume of fluid lost with feces, vomit, urine, sweat.The balance of injected and lost fluid is determined every 6 hours.

    The volume of the injected solution is selected individually, in an amount necessary to restore the water-electrolyte balance.

    Edema, tachycardia, chills, hyperkalemia.

    Before use, the solution must be heated to body temperature.

    Therapy is carried out under the control of hematocrit and the concentration of blood electrolytes.

    Packaging:100, 200, 400 ml in blood glass bottles, infusion and transfusion preparations with a capacity of 100, 250 and 450 ml, respectively, sealed with rubber plugs and crimped with aluminum caps.

    Each bottle, together with instructions for use, is placed in a pack of cardboard.

    35 bottles of 100 ml, 24, 28 bottles of 200 ml and 12, 15 bottles of 400 ml respectively, are placed in boxes of corrugated cardboard with application instructions for use in quantities, equal to the number of bottles (for hospitals).

    100, 200, 250, 400, 500, 1000 ml into polyolefin packages.

    56 bags of 100 ml, 24.28 bags of 200 or 250 ml and 12, 15 packages of 400 or 500 ml, 12 packs of 1000 ml are placed in boxes of cardboard corrugated together with instructions for medical use in quantity, equal to the number of packages (for hospitals).
