Pharmacodynamics:Combined preparation for topical application.
Boric acid
Antiseptic, breaks the permeability of membranes, causing coagulation of microbial cells. It has a weak fungistatic and bacteriostatic effect.
Procain
It blocks sodium channels, displacing calcium from the receptors of the inner surface of membranes, thereby prevents the generation and conduct of impulses along nerve fibers. Suppresses pain and tactile sensitivity.
Zinc oxide
Denature proteins, forming albumins. Forms a protective coating on the skin, reduces exudation, eliminates irritation.
Pharmacokinetics:The drug for topical application, systemic action on an organism does not render.
Indications:It is used for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases, accompanied by exudation, itching, pain syndrome: in case of hay fever, streptotermia, herpes simplex, eczema in the acute stage, trophic ulcers, burns and bedsores.
