Suggested Usage: & nbsp1 teaspoon crushed raw material (2.5 g) or 1 filter bag (2 g), or 2 filter bags (1.5 g) pour one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, insist 15 minutes, strain the infusion or press the filter -package. Adults take 1/2 cup (100 ml) infusion once a day with meals. Ready to keep the infusion in the refrigerator. Duration of admission is 1 month. If necessary, the reception can be repeated.
