Composition:

For one suppository:

active components: sea ​​buckthorn oil concentrate (with the content of the sum of carotenoids in terms of β-carotene 300 mg /%) - 330 mg, sulfaethidol (ethazol sodium) - 50 mg, benzocaine (anestezin) -100 mg;

Excipients: polysorbate 80 (Tween 80) - 40 mg, Macrogol 400 (polyethylene oxide 400) - 60 mg, Macrogol 1500 (polyethylene oxide 1500) - 980 mg, Macrogol 4000 (polyethylene oxide 4000) - enough to produce a suppository with a mass of 2.35 g.

Suppositories from dark orange to reddish-brown color, torpedo-shaped.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, has a local anesthetic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action; contributes to the regeneration of tissues in cracks and erosions of the anus; has hemostatic effect; relieves pain and reduces discomfort; eliminates inflammation and restores the elasticity of capillaries, which provides a reduction in internal and external hemorrhoids.

    Indications:

    Hemorrhoids, anal fissures, anal itching.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Pregnancy and lactation:Until now, there is no information on any adverse effect of the drug during treatment during pregnancy and lactation.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Rectal after hygienic procedures for 1 suppository 2 times a day.

    If necessary, 2-3 suppositories 2 times a day.

    The course of treatment is 5-7 days (not more than 10 days).

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions, loosening of the stool.

    Overdose:

    No cases of drug overdose have been reported.
