Pharmacodynamics:

It has a high sorption capacity for enzymes, antigens, antibodies, toxins, tissue decomposition products and other substances of protein nature, microorganisms and water. Prevents the progression of necrotic changes, promotes the rejection of nonviable tissues, provides active detoxification of the lesion focus. Has a detoxification and adsorbing effect.

Pharmacokinetics:

Silicon dioxide colloid is not split and not absorbed into GIT, stands out unchanged.

Indications:

Endogenous and exogenous intoxications.

Food poisoning.

Acute intestinal infections.

Acute poisoning with potent and poisonous substances.

Allergic reactions.

An abstinent alcoholic syndrome.

Purulent-inflammatory diseases of soft tissues (purulent wounds, phlegmon, abscess, mastitis).

Contraindications:

For oral administration: peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the phase of exacerbation.

For topical application: clean granulating and aseptic wounds.

Pregnancy and lactation:

It is possible to use the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding according to the indications and in the recommended doses.

Dosing and Administration:

The drug is taken one hour before a meal.

Acute intestinal infections and toxic infections - 2-3 g 3 times a day.

Severe diarrheal syndrome - in the first day a single dose of 4-6 g, the average daily dose - 12 grams. The duration of the course of treatment is 3-5 days.

Acute poisoning with drugs, toxic substances, ethanol - at a rate of 0.1-0.15 mg / kg (an average of 7-10 g) in 2-3 divided doses.

In severe forms of poisoning, the drug is injected into the stomach cavity through the probe after it has been rinsed, every 4-6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 24 g.

Alcohol abstinence syndrome - 2-4 g 3-4 times a day, the duration of treatment 3-4 days.

Food and drug allergy - 2-3 g 2-3 times per day for 10-15 days.

Place the drug after wound treatment - layer is applied 4-6 mm, and then cover with a dry aseptic dressing. Dressings must be carried out every 1-2 days.

Side effects:

When ingestion - dyspepsia.

With topical application - the formation of a crust that interferes with the healing of the wound.

Interaction:

When combined, reduces the effectiveness of medicines (the recommended interval between receptions is 1 hour).

Special instructions:

Shelf life of the aqueous suspension of the preparation is no more than 48 hours. After opening the package, store in a tightly closed container.
