Suggested Usage: & nbsp 1 teaspoonful (4 g) of crushed raw material or 2 filter packs (4 grams) or 3 filter bags (1.5 grams) pour one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, insist 15 minutes, strain infusion or wring out filter packets .
Preparation of the infusion from the whole raw material: 1 teaspoon (4-5 g) of the product, pour one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, insist 15 minutes, then strain the infusion.
Take an adult by 1/4 cup (50 ml) of infusion from the shredded raw material 4 times a day, or 1/2 cup (100 ml) 2 times a day with meals. Ready to keep the infusion in the refrigerator.
Duration of admission is 1 month. If necessary, the reception can be repeated. Repeated receptions are possible throughout the year.
