A solution of Poludan®, intended for instillation into the eye, is prepared by dissolving the contents of the vial in 2 ml of water for injection. The finished solution can be used for 7 days, if stored in a refrigerator.
Application in adults: Bury in the conjunctival sac 1-2 drops 6-8 times a day. As the inflammation subsides, the number of instillations is reduced to 3-4 times a day.
Use in children: Bury in the conjunctival sac 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day. As the inflammation subsides, the number of instillations is reduced to 1-2 times a day.
If there is no effect for 7 days, you should consult a doctor about subconjunctival injections of the drug.
