Composition:

The solvent for measles, mumps, mumps and measles vaccines of live culture is a mixture of inorganic salts dissolved in water for injection.

0.5 ml of solvent for 1 dose of the vaccine contains: sodium chloride 4.0 mg, potassium chloride 0.2 mg, magnesium sulfate anhydrous 0.05 mg, potassium phosphate monosubstituted 0.03 mg, sodium phosphate disubstituted anhydrous 0.02 mg, calcium chloride 0.035 mg, water for injection - up to 0.5 ml.

    • Indications:It is used as a solvent for measles, mumps, larotitno-measles vaccines for live culture.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Immediately before using one of the vaccines, a 0.5 ml solvent per vaccine dose is added to the ampoule with the drug.

    Opening of the ampoule is carried out with strict adherence to aseptic rules. Ampoules in the place of incision are treated with 70% alcohol and break off, not allowing the alcohol to fall into the ampoule.

    An opened ampoule with a solvent should be used immediately and can not be stored.

    Packaging:

    For 0.5 ml, 1 ml or 2.5 ml in the ampoule.

    10 ampoules per pack of cardboard.

    The instructions for use are inserted in the pack and the ampoule is used in case of using ampoules that do not have a break ring or a point for dissection.

    Storage conditions:

    Storage in accordance with SP 3.3.2.1248-03 at a temperature of 2 to 25 ° C, under conditions that exclude freezing.
