Characteristic
Rowan fruit contains carotene, ascorbic acid, B vitamins, vitamin P, sorbose,organic acids (citric, malic, sorbic), tannic and bitter substances, flavonoids and other biologically active substances.
Description:

Fruits are apple-shaped, without peduncles, 2-5 nested, rounded or oval-round, in diameter up to 9 mm, shiny, strongly wrinkled, on top with the remaining cup of five hardly noticeable denticles. The fruit color is reddish or yellowish orange, brownish red. The smell is weak, peculiar. The taste of water extract is sourish-bitter.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Due to the high content of vitamins, the infusion of fruits of mountain ash has a general strengthening effect on the body. It also has diuretic, hypotensive and choleretic properties.

    Indications:

    Prevention of hypo-and avitaminosis.

    Contraindications:

    Increased individual sensitivity to the drug.

    Dosing and Administration:

    About 10 grams (1 tablespoon) of fruits are placed in enamel ware, poured 200 ml (1 glass) of cold boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered. The remaining raw material is squeezed.The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take inside 1/2 glass 2-3 times a day after meals.

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    50 grams, 75 grams, 100 grams in packs of cardboard with an inner package.
