When taking Ultra-D Vitamin D3 25 μg (1000 IU), do not take other vitamin-mineral complexes containing vitamin D3, to avoid hypervitaminosis.
Symptoms of vitamin hypervitaminosis D: elevated blood calcium, nausea, vomiting, headache, muscle pain, palpitations, decreased appetite, thirst, weakness.
The appearance of side effects of the vitamin D3 directly depends on the dose used; side effects are manifested in the case of taking doses much higher than recommended.
