Betamethasone + Gentamicin (international non-proprietary or chemical name of the medicinal product)

Cream for external use, 0.05% + 0.1% (dosage form, dosage)

Pharmacy Elfa AO, Poland Ul. Wincentego Pola 21, 58-500 Jelenia Gora, Poland (name and address of the manufacturer of the medicinal product)

on the basis of the filing of an application for the abolition of the state registration of a medicinal product by the authorized legal entity LLC "VALEANT", Russia.
