Bicalutamide (international non-proprietary or grouping or chemical name)
film coated tablets, 50 mg (dosage form, dosage)
JSC "Grindeks", Latvia Krustpils St. 53, Riga, LV-1057, Latvia (name and address of the location of the manufacturer of the medicinal product)
on the basis of filing by an authorized legal entity of JSC "Grindeks", an application for the cancellation of the state registration of a medicinal product.
