Cyproheptadine (international non-proprietary or grouping or chemical name)
syrup, 0.4 mg / ml (dosage form, dosage)
ZAO "Pharmaceutical Plant EGIS", Hungary 9900 Kormend, Matyas kiraly ut 65, Hungary (name and address of the location of the manufacturer of the medicinal product)
on the basis of the application by the authorized legal entity of the Representative Office of ZAO "Pharmaceutical Plant EGIS" to cancel the state registration of the medicinal product.
