    Pharmacodynamics:

    The combination is adaptable and the antibiotic clindamycin provides a dual action: anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.

    Adapalene has a retinoid-like action, like vitamin A, by interacting with intranuclear keratocyte receptors, activates transcription factors, enhancing the regenerative abilities of the skin. Has a photosensitizing effect.

    Clindamycin belongs to the group of antibiotics of the group of lincosamines, which have a wide spectrum of action. Inhibits protein synthesis in prokaryotic ribosomes. It is active against Gram-positive pathogenic and opportunistic microflora, including Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus spp., Mycoplasma spp., As well as anaerobic microflora, including clostridia.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    The drug is not absorbed deeper than the subcutaneous tissue and does not have a systemic effect on the body.

    Indications:

    The drug is used in a similar way to the adaptal.Effective with draining acne, rosacea, papulopustular eruptions. Positive effect occurs after one to two weeks, the course of treatment is 2-4 weeks.

    Dosing and Administration:
