    АТХ:

    V.07.A.C   Aids for blood transfusion

    Pharmacodynamics:

The preservative for the storage of red blood cells and donor blood has an anticoagulant effect, due to which the red blood cells are not "glued". The effect is achieved by binding the anions (citrates) of calcium cations.

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, acting as a buffer system, maintains the acid-base balance of the patient's solution and blood after the transfusion procedure.

    Pharmacokinetics:

The half-life is 14.8 hours. After treatment in the liver, the drug is excreted from the body with urine and feces.

    Indications:

It is used for preservation of donor blood and erythrocyte mass. Mixing the solution to the blood 1: 4.

XX.Y40-Y59.Y44.6   Native blood and blood products

    XX.Y83-Y84.Y83.9   Surgical operation, unspecified

    Contraindications:

    Individual intolerance.

    Carefully:

Without harm to health for small-sized babies small drug containers are used.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

Pregnancy and lactation: category by FDA not determined.

    Dosing and Administration:

After collection of donor blood (450 ml), the blood is mixed with the drug by turning the container from top to bottom.

Blood transfusion is performed according to the instructions.

Shelf life of cooked blood is up to 50 hours.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions, chills, nausea.

With rapid administration (at a rate of more than 5 ml / min), the drug has a nephrotoxic effect.

When transfusion of cold blood solutions develops hypothermia, which provokes arrhythmia and intensification of hypoxia.

    Overdose:

Cases of drug overdose are not described.

Interaction:Transfusion of any blood components with other medicinal substances in one bottle is prohibited!
    Special instructions:

The high content of dextrose makes it possible to regulate the homeostasis during transfusion.

After removing the aluminum foil packaging, the shelf life of the blood is 15 days. When the solution becomes turbid and flaky suspensions appear, the drug loses its validity.

After blood transfusion, do not use the same system for transfusion of medicinal substances!

Permissible blood transfusion and erythrocyte mass with a slight pink color of solution up to 50 days (maximum shelf life). The content of free hemoglobin should not be more than 2 g / l.
