    ATX: & nbsp

    V.07.A.C   Aids for blood transfusion

    Pharmacodynamics:

The hemo-preservative solution of CFA-1 interferes with the process of blood coagulation and provides the necessary nutrients to support the metabolism and stabilization of blood cells during storage.

    Indications:

Preservation of blood and erythrocytic mass.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity.
    Dosing and Administration:

The preparation of blood and the preparation of components from it is carried out in accordance with the "Instruction for the Preparation and Preservation of Blood", approved by the Ministry of Health on May 29, 1995. The ratio of the hemoconvant solution to the blood is 14 ml per 100 ml of whole blood.

    1. Place the blood collection container on the scale and set to zero.

    2. Hang the blood collection container below the level of the donor's hand so that the distance between the container and the donor's arm is at least 60 cm.

    3. Apply a cuff to measure blood pressure or a tourniquet. Disinfect the venipuncture site. Inflate the cuff to 60 mm Hg. Art.

    4. Form a free node on the donor tube about 10 cm from the needle.

    5. Take the donor tube to the clamp.

    6. Remove the protective cap from the needle and hold the venipuncture.

    7. Loosen the compression cuff, and remove the clamp to start the capture blood.

    8. Stir blood and hemoconvant periodically throughout the blood sampling.

    9. Collect blood by weight.

    10. After the blood collection is complete, tighten the previously applied knot and remove the needle from the donor's hand.

    11. After collecting the blood, immediately mix the blood with the hemoconvant, turning the container several times.

    12. Pump the blood out of the donor tube into the container. Stir and re-fill the donor tube with blood with a hemoconvant.

    13. Using a sealer or aluminum rings, seal the donor tube between the numbers.Start sealing the donor tube from the side of the needle, and then from the side of the container.

    14. Store the filled container with blood at a temperature of 1-6 0 FROM.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions.
    Overdose:

When used in accordance with the instruction, the possibility of adverse reactions is negligible. The most important symptom of overdose is the appearance of paresthesia, which requires the cessation or reduction of the rate of administration.

When blood parasits or parasthesia components, muscle spasms and convulsions in the limbs appear during the transfusion, it is necessary to immediately stop the injection of blood or its component and prescribe calcium preparations.
    Interaction:Incompatible with other medicines.
    Special instructions:

Do not use the container if it is damaged or if the solution contained in it is cloudy. If, after inspecting the contents of the container, it is determined that the solution is transparent and contains no particles, the container is checked for leaks, which is strongly compressed by hand. If a leak is detected, the container is considered unfit because its sterility is impaired.

It is necessary to use bags within 15 days after opening the aluminum foil package.

Do not use the same system for blood transfusions, erythrocyte mass and intravenous infusion of other medicines.
