200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside in a warm form for 1/3 cup 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
