Pharmacodynamics:

Provides vasodilator, spasmolytic, wound healing effects.

Prevents early spasm of the arteries of the deep vascular plexus of the skin that occurs with ionizing radiation; improves blood supply in the irradiated area and accelerates the repair processes of the epithelium.


Pharmacokinetics:The pharmacokinetics of allyloxyethanol have not been studied.
Indications:

Acute local radiation damage to skin of I-II degree (arising in the process of radiation therapy or radiation injury).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity.

Pregnancy and lactation:Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. There are strict contraindications.
Dosing and Administration:

Outer: on the affected area of ​​the skin, spray a thin layer from a distance of 10-15 cm from the skin surface.

Prophylaxis: Immediately after each irradiation session (no later than 1 hour after irradiation) during the whole course of radiotherapy.

Treatment: with the appearance of the first clinical signs of radiation damage (erythematous rashes,swelling and flaking of the skin) 1 time per day for 10-20 days (depending on the severity of skin lesions).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: skin rash.

Overdose:There is no specific antidote. Treatment of an overdose is symptomatic.
