    Composition:

    Composition per one tablet

    active substances:

    activated carbon - 25 mg

    bile - 80 mg

    nettle leaves - 5 mg

    garlic - 40 mg

    Excipients:

    Composition of the core: magnesium oxide (magnesium oxide), potato starch, talc, silicon dioxide colloid (aerosil), calcium stearate monohydrate (calcium stearate 1-water)

    Composition of the shell: sucrose (sugar), magnesium hydroxycarbonate (magnesium carbonate basic), talc, silicon dioxide colloid (aerosil), titanium dioxide, povidone (polyvinylpyrrolidone), methylcellulose water soluble, wheat flour baking, potato starch, tropeolin O, beeswax.

    Description:

    Tablets are round, biconvex, covered with a coat, yellow. A weak specific odor of bile is allowed. On the cross-section, three layers are visible, when rubbing tablets with water, there is a smell of garlic.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    A combined agent that enhances the formation of bile and bile acids.

    The action of bile is caused by the reflex influence on the secretory function of the liver parenchyma. Bile strengthens also the secretory and motor functions of the gastrointestinal tract.

    Substances contained in garlic, enhance the secretory and motor functions of the gastrointestinal tract, stimulate the secretion of bile.

    The leaves of the nettle have choleretic and anti-inflammatory properties.

    Activated carbon is an adsorbent that binds toxic substances in the gastrointestinal tract.

    Indications:

    Chronic reactive hepatitis, cholangitis, cholecystitis, hypokinetic (hypomotor) dyskinesia of the biliary tract, atonic constipation, postcholecystectomy syndrome.

    Contraindications:

    Obturation jaundice, calculous cholecystitis, acute hepatitis, acute and subacute liver dystrophy, acute pancreatitis, stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the exacerbation phase, hyperkinetic (hypermotoric) dyskinesia of bile ducts,hypersensitivity to the drug.

    Allochol-UBF is limited in age-related use in children under 7 years of age.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Is taken orally after a meal.

    Children over 7 years - 1 tablet 3 times a day for 3-4 weeks.

    In case of exacerbation of diseases, 1 tablet 2-3 times a day for 1-2 months is used. Repeated courses of treatment are carried out with an interval of 3 months.
