Pharmacodynamics:Combined product for external use.
Aminophylline
Inhibits phosphodiesterase, stabilizes cAMP. Suppresses the secretion of histamine in mast cells, blocks adenosine receptors. Has spasmolytic effect.
Diphenhydramine
Blocks H1-gistaminovye receptors, has anti-allergic, m-cholinoblocking action. Inhibits phosphodiesterase, which increases the amount of cAMP. It inhibits the release of mediators of inflammation and allergic reactions.
Indomethacin
Non-selectively suppresses COX1 and COX2, regulating the synthesis of prostaglandins. Has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Reduces thrombosis, aggregation and adhesion of platelets, suppressing the synthesis of thromboxane A2 in thrombocytes.
Pharmacokinetics:The drug for topical application, systemic action on the body does not.
Indications:
It is used for the treatment of rheumatic lesions of soft tissues: periarthritis, bursitis, tendovaginitis, fibrositis. Used for osteochondrosis, rheumatic arthrosis, radiculopathy.

Contraindications:Individual intolerance, children up to 3 years.

Pregnancy and lactation:
Recommendations for FDA - Category B. Applicable with caution, in cases where the expected effect exceeds the risk to the fetus and newborn.
Dosing and Administration:Outer, 4-5 cm gel 3-4 times a day for not more than 10 days.
The highest daily dose: 20 cm.
The highest single dose: 5 cm.
Side effects:Local allergic reactions (itching, burning, hyperemia).
Overdose:Cases of overdose are not described.
Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction:Clinically significant interactions are not described.
Special instructions:
Do not apply to open wounds, mucous membranes, into the oral cavity.
