    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously into the subscapular region.

    The vaccination course provides for two inoculations with an interval of 30-45 days. The first revaccination is performed in 6-9 months, the second - in five years. Subsequent injections - every 10 years.

    In the foci of diphtheria, for the purpose of prophylaxis, they vaccinate the adult population according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

    Side effects:

    Hyperthermia in the first day after the administration of the drug, malaise.

    Special instructions:

    The vaccination of persons who have had infectious diseases is carried out two weeks after the convalescence. In chronic diseases with stable manifestations, vaccination is performed against the background of treatment.

    According to the epi-indications, ADS-M is administered to people with acute illnesses.To prevent complications, prednisolone is used: inside 1.0-1.5 mg / kg per day before vaccination and immediately after injection.

    Each injection of the drug is recorded in a special registration form, which indicates the number of the series, the expiration date of the drug.

    The vaccine is used immediately - it is not stored in an open ampoule.
