Dosage form: & nbsprectal suppositories
Composition:

One suppository contains:

active substances: bismuth tribromophenolate and bismuth oxide complex (xeroform) - 0.10 g, belladonna leaves extract (belladonna thick extract) - 0.02 g, zinc sulfate heptahydrate - 0.05 g;

Excipients: glycerol (glycerine distilled) water (purified water), for a suppository base (distilled monoglycerides, hard fat (Witepsol, supposir)) - a sufficient amount to obtain a suppository weighing 2.25 g

Description:

Suppositories are torpedo-shaped, greenish-yellow or greenish-yellow to brownish or light brown in color with a smell xeroform. A barely noticeable white coating on the surface of the suppository is allowed.

Pharmacodynamics:

Antihemorrhoidal combination. Preparation Anuzol has a spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, analgesic, local anti-inflammatory, astringent and drying effect.

Indications:

Hemorrhoids, cracks in the anus.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, heart failure decompensation step, tachyarrhythmia, myasthenia gravis, intestinal atony, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy with impaired outflow of urine, pregnancy, lactation, infancy (up to 12 years).

Dosing and Administration:

Rectally.1 suppository 1-3 times a day after cleansing enema or spontaneous emptying of the intestine. The maximum daily dose of the drug is 7 suppositories. The duration of the course of treatment is 10-14 days.

Side effects:

Dryness of the oral mucosa, thirst, constipation, diarrhea, tachycardia, palpitation, mydriasis, paresis of accommodation, headache, dizziness, sleep disturbance, drowsiness, allergic reactions, burning sensation in the anus. In these cases, stop using the drug and consult a doctor.

Overdose:

Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, psychomotor agitation, convulsions, urinary retention, decreased sweating, hyperthermia.

In case of an overdose, stop using the drug immediately and consult a doctor.

Treatment: symptomatic.

Interaction:

The cases of interaction or incompatibility of the drug Anusol suppositories rectal with other drugs are not described.

Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

During the treatment period, care must be taken when driving vehicles and practicing other potentially hazardous activities,requiring increased concentration of attention, rapidity of psychomotor reactions and good vision.

Packaging:5 suppositories are placed in a contour mesh package from the film with polyvinyl chloride laminated polyethylene.

Two contour mesh packs, along with instructions for medical use of the drug, are placed in a pack of cardboard.

Storage conditions:

In the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life:

3 years. Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the package.
