Description:

A mixture of non-uniform particles of plant raw material grayish-green with light yellow, grayish-brown, cream, yellowish-gray, orange-red, brownish-red and white patches. The smell is weak, fragrant. The taste of the water extract is bitterish-acidic.

  • Pharmacodynamics:

    Infusion collection has a hypoglycemic effect, helps reduce blood glucose, increases tolerance to carbohydrates and enhances glycogen-forming function of the liver.

    Indications:

    Diabetes mellitus type 2: in mild form - as a means of self-therapy, with diabetes of moderate severity - in combination with oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, nephritis, hypertension, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, increased excitability, insomnia, epilepsy, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children's age (up to 12 years).

    Dosing and Administration:

    About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take in a warm form of 1/3 - 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day for 30 minutes before eating during. 20-30 days. After 10-15 days, the course of treatment is recommended to be repeated. During the year, 3-4 courses are conducted (in agreement with the attending physician).
