Composition:

A drug is a mixture of the microbial mass of the living antagonistically active acidophilic lactobacilli and the heat-inactivated kefir fungi lyophilized in the culture medium containing a water-soluble polysaccharide, subjected to grinding, packaged into capsules.

1 capsule contains at least 10⁷ is aliveacidophilic lactobacilli and kefir fungus polysaccharide 0.4 mg.

Contents of capsules - dry biomass from light cream to cream color with a sour-milk smell.

Pharmacodynamics:

The therapeutic effect of Acipol ® determines the living acidophilic lactobacilli and polysaccharide of kefiric fungi contained therein. According to the mechanism of action, Acipol® is a multifactorial therapeutic agent, has antagonistic activity against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, has a corrective effect on the intestinal microflora, increases the immunological reactivity of the organism.

Indications:

Appointment:

Prevention and treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, in children from 3 months of age and adults; combined with traditional treatment.

Indication for use

Dysbacteriosis and conditions leading to its development:

- Acute intestinal infections (dysentery, salmonellosis, rotavirus gastroenteritis, etc.);

- chronic colitis, enterocolitis of infectious and non-infectious origin;

- Prolonged antibacterial therapy.

Dysbacteriosis and lag in weight associated with:

- active antibiotic therapy purulent-septic diseases in infants;

- chronic, prolonged, recurring pathologies of the respiratory system (bronchitis, pneumonia, in number, pneumocystis);

- atopic dermatitis and other allergic manifestations.

Prevention of dysbiosis

- PAn increase in the overall resistance of the body.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Dosing and Administration:

Capsules are used inside, without chewing, drinkingboil with boiled water. The size of the daily dose and the duration of treatment of patients is determined by the doctor depending on the age, severity and duration of the disease and the severity of dysbiosis.

For children from 3 months to 3 years, Acipol® should be taken with food 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, before opening the capsule and dissolving its contents in milk or boiled water. For the remaining age groups and adults, Acipol® is prescribed 1 capsule 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.

In acute intestinal infections, the drug is prescribed for 5-8 days.

Longer courses are prescribed in the treatment of children with weight retardation, caused by a chronic course of diseases accompanied by dysbiosis.

With the preventive purpose of Acipol®, 1 capsule is prescribed once a day for 10-15 days.

Repeated courses are conducted no earlier than 1 month after the end of the previous treatment.

1) The drug, the integrity of the inner packaging is broken (cracked banks, blister packs);

2) The drug is unmarked or fuzzy labeled;

3) The drug with altered physical properties (the shape of the capsule is broken), in the presence of foreign inclusions;

4) The drug with expired shelf life.
