    Composition:

    Composition per one tablet

    The active ingredient Avisan extract of dry [Wisnagi carrot (Ammi tooth) fruit extract dry] with the content of the sum of chromones in terms of kellin and dry matter 8.0% - 0.05 g;

    Auxiliary substances of the core [sugar powder (sucrose), magnesium carbonate basic (magnesium hydroxycarbonate), potato starch, talc, calcium stearate] - sufficient amount to prepare a tablet without a coating weighing 0.2 g

    The auxiliary substances of the shell [sugar (sucrose), talc, magnesium carbonate basic (magnesium hydroxy carbonate), titanium dioxide pigment (titanium dioxide), polyvinylpyrrolidone low molecular weight medical (povidone), glycerol (glycerol), tropeolin dye O, beeswax, vaseline oil (paraffin liquid) ] - a sufficient amount to obtain a coated tablet by the method of growth, with a mass of 0.35 g.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    It acts selectively on the smooth muscles of the ureters.Reduces or relieves pain in patients with renal colic and facilitates the movement of stones on the urinary tract. Reduces dysuric phenomena.

    Indications:

    Spasm of ureters, nephrourolythiasis, including renal colic, cystitis, in preparation for ureteral catheterization.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children's age (under 18 years), the presence in the urinary tract of stones larger than 5 mm.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    It is not recommended to apply the period of pregnancy and lactation due to the lack of special studies.

    Dosing and Administration:Inside, 1-2 tablets (50-100 mg) 3-4 times a day after meals. The course of treatment is 1-3 weeks.
    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions; in patients with inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, dyspeptic phenomena (nausea, a feeling of discomfort and gravity in the epigastric region) that occur with a decrease in the dose of the drug are possible.

    Overdose:

    So far, no cases of overdose have been identified.

    To facilitate the removal of stones, it is recommended to take a large amount of liquid - 1.5-2 L orally for 2-3 hours before taking the drug.
