Description:
The liquid is brown with a reddish tint, sweet taste, slightly aromatic odor. Naturally occurring precipitation during storage is allowed.

    • Pharmacodynamics:
    Combined herbal preparation, the effect of which is due to its constituent biologically active components. The drug has a mild sedative, as well as choleretic action.
    The herb of the motherwort has a sedative effect, has moderate hypotensive properties, slows down the rhythm and increases the strength of the heartbeats.
    The yarrow herb has an anti-inflammatory, hemostatic effect.
    Grapefruit herb has an expectorant, choleretic, diuretic, sedative effect. Strengthens the peristalsis of the intestine and increases the secretion of gastric juice, has moderate antimicrobial properties.
    Pharmacokinetics:
    The action of the drug is the result of the combined effect of its components, therefore, it is not possible to carry out kinetic observations; all components can not be traced with the help of markers or bioassays. For the same reason, it is impossible to detect metabolites of the drug.
    Indications:
    Increased nervous excitability, mild forms of insomnia - as a sedative.
    Dyskinesia of bile ducts - as a cholagogue.
    Contraindications:
    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, calculous cholecystitis, sugar / isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, alcoholism, traumatic brain injury, brain diseases, liver disease, pregnancy, breast-feeding period, age 18 years.
    Dosing and Administration:
    Inside, adults 2-4 (10-20 ml) teaspoons, previously diluted in 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water, 2 times a day. The course of treatment is 7-10 days. Carrying out a second course of treatment is possible after consulting a doctor.
    Side effects:
    Allergic reactions.
    Overdose:
    Cases of overdose have not been registered to date.
    Interaction:
    Balm Muscovy ® enhances the effect of hypnotics and other medications that depress the central nervous system.
    Clinically significant interaction of the drug with other drugs is not described.
    Special instructions:
    The content of ethanol in the preparation is about 60%. The absolute ethyl alcohol content (in grams) in the maximum one-time (20 ml) and in the maximum daily (40 ml) doses of the preparation is 9.765 g and 19.53 g respectively.
    When using the drug in doses exceeding the recommended, it is possible to reduce the speed of psychomotor reactions. Do not simultaneously prescribe the drug with medicines, in which the use of ethyl alcohol is prohibited.

    During the period of application of the drug, it is necessary to refrain from carrying out potentially dangerous activities requiring an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work).

    For 100 ml of the drug in cans or bottles made of medical lightproof glass, sealed with aluminum caps or caps screwed on.
