    Pharmacodynamics:

    Suppress the growth of fungi, pathogenic / opportunistic bacteria. Enzymes secreted by bacteria B. subtilis, promote the cleavage of fats, proteins, fiber, carbohydrates, which contributes to better assimilation of food, this in turn leads to the purification of wounds and foci of inflammation from necrotic tissues. The drug has a pronounced immunostimulating effect, including on the absorbing and digesting activity of phagocytic blood cells, has a moderate antiallergic effect.

    Indications:

    Acute intestinal infections in children; bacterial vaginosis; a dysbacteriosis of a different genesis; surgical infections of soft tissues; osteomyelitis (in the absence of large sequesters); prevention of purulent-septic complications after operations.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    This drug is not classified Food and Drug Administration (US Food and Drug Administration). The effect of the drug on pregnant women has not been studied.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside, 30-40 minutes before meals (small children can be before feeding), intravaginally, in the form of irrigation or appliqués (on a tampon). Preliminarily dissolve with boiled cold water at a rate of 10 ml (2 teaspoons) per 1 dose.

    In case of acute intestinal infections:

    - dat the age of 1 month - 1 year - 0.5 doses 2 times a day for 5-7 days;

    - dTo children over one year - 1 dose 2 times a day for 5-7 days.

    Dysbacteriosis of the intestine, allergic dermatosis:

    - dat the age of 1 month - 1 year - 0.5 doses 2 times a day 10-14 days;

    - dTo children over one year - 1 dose 2 times a day 10-14 days;

    - atadult - 1 dose 2 times a day for 1-20 days.

    Bacterial vaginosis, prevention of purulent-septic complications after surgery:

    - adults - 1 dose 2 times a day for 5-10 days.

    Side effects:

    Increased temperature, skin rash, abdominal pain, diarrhea.With a reduction in dosage or cancellation of the drug, these phenomena completely stop within a day.

    Overdose:

    Not described.

    Interaction:

    Simultaneous use with antibiotics, including from the group of sulfonamides, can reduce the effectiveness of the drug.

    Special instructions:

    Do not apply if the integrity of the packaging is violated, without marking, changing physical properties. The diluted powder is not stored. Storage of the drug at a temperature up to 10 ° C for 2 years. Transportation is possible at 25 ° C, but not longer than 14 days.
