Composition:

Birch leaves.

Birch leaves contain essential oil, tannins, flavonoids and other biologically active substances.

Description:

Pieces of leaves of various shapes. The color of the leaves on the underside is gray-green, with the top green. The odor is peculiar, slightly fragrant. The taste of water extract is bitterish.

    Infusion of birch leaves has a diuretic effect.

    Indications:

    Edemas of cardiovascular and renal origin.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug. Chronic kidney failure, acute glomerulonephritis, children under 12 years.

    Dosing and Administration:

    About 3.5 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed leaves are placed in enameled pots, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take inside 1/4 - 1 / Zstakana 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
