    Composition:

    The immortelle of the sand flower.

    Flowers immortelle contain flavonoids, tannins, essential oil, organic acids, carotenoids, polysaccharides, macro- and microelements and other biologically active substances.

    Description:

    Whole raw materials: baskets are globular, solitary or several together on short woolly-felt flower peduncles up to 1 cm long, with a diameter of about 7 mm. Baskets consist of numerous flowers, located on the bare flower, surrounded by numerous, loosely pressed leaves of wrapping. The color of the wrapping is lemon yellow, the flowers are lemon yellow or orange, the fruit is dark brown. Smell weak fragrant. The taste of water extract is spicy-bitter.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Infusion of flowers of the immortelle sandy has a cholagogue effect.

    Indications:

    In complex therapy for chronic non-calculous cholecystitis and hepatitis, dyskinesia of the biliary tract, when the composition of bile changes with the risk of developing cholelithiasis.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcers, gastritis in acute, acute pancreatitis, gallstones, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years.

    Dosing and Administration:

    10 grams (3 tablespoons) of immortelle sand flowers are placed in glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain through a double layer gauze, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take in a warm form for 1/3 cup 3 times a day for 30 minutes before eating.The course of treatment is 20-25 days.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
