Composition:

Flowers immortelle contain flavonoids, tannins, essential oils, resins, phyllquinones, organic acids, carotenoids, polysaccharides and other biologically active substances.

Description:

Baskets are globular, single, small, sometimes 2-3 together, individual flower-heads and their pieces with the remains of wrappings, separate leaves of wrapping and tubular flowers, pieces of stems and peduncles, fruits. The color is lemon yellow with orange, greyish-brown, greenish-gray, rarely dark brown patches.

Pharmacodynamics:

Infusion of flowers of immortelle sandy has choleretic, cholekinetic, choleretic, anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic effects. Strengthens the secretion of bile and increases the content of bilirubin in it, increases the tone of the gallbladder and promotes the outflow of bile. Has a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the sphincters of the gallbladder and bile ducts, changes the viscosity and chemical composition of the bile.Stimulating the secretion of gastric juice and slowing the evacuation function of the stomach and intestines, contributes to a better digestion of food. Activates the exocrine activity of the pancreas; dilates blood vessels intestines.

Indications:

In the complex therapy of hepatitis, chronic non-calculous cholecystitis, cholangitis, dyskinesia of bile ducts, with a change in the composition of bile with risk of cholelithiasis, postcholecystectomy syndrome.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastritis in the acute stage, acute pancreatitis, cholelithiasis, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years.

Dosing and Administration:

About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of flowers are placed in enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of cooled boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed.
