    Pharmacodynamics:

    The drug is a combination of betakaren, vitamin E, menadione and retinol. Has multivitamin, metabolic and anti-burn effects. Accelerates wound healing, stimulates reparation.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    There is no data on the pharmacokinetics of the drug.

    Indications:

    Cracks in the rectal mucosa (including the condition after excision of cracks), hemorrhoids; scleroderma; bedsores (decubital ulcers), trophic and varicose ulcers; erosion of the cervix, endocervicitis, colpitis; purulent necrotic wounds, infected burns of II-IIIa degree, condition after autodermoplasty.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, hypervitaminosis A and D, children's age (up to 10 years).

    Carefully:

    Child age from 10 years. You should carefully select the dose.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The category of FDA recommendations is not defined. Adequate and well-controlled studies on humans and animals have not been conducted. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside (after meals): adults - 1 tablet 3 times a day, children aged 11-14 years - 2 tablets per day. Tablets should be chewed and washed down with a small amount of liquid. The course of treatment is 20 days. If necessary, after 2 months, repeat the course.

    Side effects:

    Maybe: rarely - allergic reactions, diarrhea.

    Overdose:

    Treatment is symptomatic. Cases of overdose are not described.

    Interaction:

    There is no evidence of clinically significant drug interactions.

    Special instructions:

    If there is an itching and flushing of the skin, the drug is canceled.

    It is not represented in the United States Pharmacopeia.
