    Pharmacodynamics:

    The drug is a combination of betamethasone and interferon alfa-2b. The drug has antihistamine, antiallergic, antipruritic, antiexudative, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, antiviral action.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    The concentration of active substances reached in the blood is well below the detection limit (the limit of determination of interferon alpha-2b is 1-2 IU / ml) and has no clinical significance.

    Indications:

    Pollinosis (seasonal allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis); year-round allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis.

    Contraindications:

    Childhood; hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Carefully:

    Use with caution in eye injuries and simultaneously with other external drugs and eye drops.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Apply in pregnancy and lactation strictly according to the indications under the supervision of a doctor.

    Dosing and Administration:

    When allergic rhinitis it is recommended to apply the drug by applying 1 cm of gel to the mucous membrane of each nasal passage 4 times a day for 5-7 days in the acute stage, with a subsequent decrease in the frequency of the drug until the clinical picture of the disease disappears. After applying the gel, massage the nose wings with your fingers to distribute the drug evenly on the mucous membrane of the nasal passages.

    When allergic conjunctivitis it is recommended to apply the drug by applying 1 cm of gel to the skin of the upper and lower eyelids 4 times a day for 5-7 days in the acute stage, followed by a decrease in the frequency of taking the drug until the clinical picture of the disease disappears.

    After the disappearance of clinical symptoms, the use of the drug is recommended to be discontinued. The maximum continuous course of treatment should not exceed 6 weeks.

    Side effects:

    Rarely: sneezing, itching and temporary damage to the sense of smell when applying the drug.

    Overdose:

    It is unlikely. Cases of overdose are not established. Treatment is symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    Possible combination with the use of antihistamines of systemic action.

    Special instructions:

    When applying the drug for centuries, avoid the use of cosmetics.
