    Composition:

    One suppository (dose) contains:

    active ingredients: bifidobacteria lyophilized 0.16 g, lysozyme hydrochloride 0.01 g;

    Excipients: solid fat 1.00 g, paraffin 0.09 g, emulsifier EPO 0.06 g
    Description:

    Suppositories yellowish-gray or light beige, torpedo-shaped with a specific smell of fat. On the cut, an air rod or a funnel-shaped depression is allowed. Color heterogeneity in the form of beige inclusions or "marbling" is allowed, darkening of light brown color on the cone-shaped end of the suppository.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Bifilysis of suppositories for vaginal and rectal administration is a biopreparation containing biomass of living, antagonistically active bifidobacteria strain Bifidumbacterium bifidum No. 1 and lysozyme.

    Therapeutic effect Bifilysis suppositories is caused by high antagonistic activity of bifidobacteria against opportunistic pathogens and a number of pathogenic microorganisms, which, in combination with the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action of lysozyme, creates favorable conditions for the normalization of the microflora of the intestine and vagina.

    Indications:

    Treatment of dysbacteriosis and inflammatory processes of the vagina. Increase in nonspecific resistance of the organism in children of all age groups and adults. Applied as part of complex therapy.

    Rectally to adults and children of all age groups:

    - with acute intestinal infections of established (bacterial, viral) and unidentified etiology in the period of convalescence, to prevent bacterial transport and the transition of the disease to a chronic form; after toxic infections;

    at an intestinal dysbacteriosis of a various etiology;

    - to increase the effectiveness of complex treatment of nonspecific inflammatory bowel diseases (chronic colitis, enterocolitis, proctitis, etc.);

    - to improve the tolerability of antibacterial, cytostatic and other types of therapy.

    Vaginally to adults:

    - with vaginal dysbiosis of different etiology (bacterial vaginosis, nonspecific vaginitis, etc.). The drug is used to restore normal microflora in combination or after a specific antimicrobial, antiviral and immunomodulatory therapy;

    - for the treatment of gynecological diseases complicated by vaginal pathology (chronic salpingo-oophoritis, colpitis of various etiologies);

    - for preoperative preparation during routine operations in surgical practice with the goal of preventing postoperative infectious complications.

    Contraindications:

    Children's age (for intravaginal application).

    For people with allergies to egg whites, the drug should be used with caution, under the supervision of a doctor.

    It is possible to use the drug against the background of desensitizing therapy.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Prior to use, cut the suppository's cell pack. Apply the drug rectally after defecation or after cleansing enema (if necessary), intravaginally - after carrying out hygienic procedures.

    - With intestinal diseases suppositories are used rectally for adults 3 times a day for 1-2 suppositories at the reception. Duration of treatment for acute intestinal infections is 7-10 days, with prolonged and chronic forms of the disease, intestinal dysbiosis 10-14 days or more. It is possible to use the drug on 1 suppository 2-3 times a day in combination with oral administration of the drug Bifiliz lyophilizate 5 doses 2-3 times a day for 10-14 days, if necessary, treatment can be continued up to 3 weeks. For children, the drug is prescribed 1 suppository 2-3 times a day for 7 days.

    - In gynecological practice: with vaginal dysbiosis of the vagina and treatment of diseases complicated by vaginal pathology, the drug is prescribed vaginally by 1 suppository 3 times a day for 10-15 days.

    - With a view to preventing postoperative infectious complications during planned operations Apply 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days before the proposed operation.
