    Pharmacodynamics:

    Sedative phytopreparation. Possesses also anxiolytic properties, promotes improvement of cerebral circulation; has an activating effect on the liver detoxification system (on cytochrome P450 and glutathione transferase), increases the body's resistance to physical stress.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    The action of the drug is the cumulative effect of its components, therefore it is not possible to carry out kinetic observations.

    Indications:

    Neurotic reactions accompanied by irritability, insomnia, anxiety, fear, headache.

    Contraindications:

    Progressive systemic diseases (tuberculosis, leukemia, leukemia, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune diseases); diffuse connective tissue diseases (collagenoses); AIDS and HIV infection; pregnancy; lactation (breastfeeding); age to 18 years; increasedsensitivity to the components of the drug and plants of the family Compositae.

    Carefully:

    You should use the drug with epilepsy, diseases and traumas of the brain, with severe violations of liver function and chronic alcoholism (due to entering into the composition of ethanol).

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The use of the drug during pregnancy and during lactation is contraindicated.

    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is administered internally adults by 0.5 teaspoon extract (2.5 ml), dissolved in 1/4 cup (50 ml) water, 3 times a day for 30 minutes before or 40 minutes after eating. Duration of treatment - up to 2 weeks. If necessary, it is possible to increase the duration of admission and conduct repeated courses of treatment.

    Possible allergic reactions.

    Interaction:

    There is no clinically significant interaction of the drug with other drugs (the drug can be used in combination with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesics, antibiotics).

    In recommended doses, the drug does not cause drowsiness and attention disturbance, which allows taking it during the day.

    The content of ethanol in the preparation is at least 33%. A single dose of the drug contains 0.83 ml of ethanol (in terms of absolute alcohol).
