1 filter bag (1.5 g) is placed in a glass or enamel ware, poured into 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 30 minutes. The filter package is squeezed out, the volume of the obtained infusion is brought to boiling water up to 100 ml.
Take inside in a warm form for 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
