5 g (1 tablespoon) of flowers are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of cold boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool 45 minutes at room temperature, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside in a warm form for 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
