Composition:
Elderberry black flowers.
Characteristic
The blackberry buds contain flavones (rutin), glycoside sambunigrin, essential oil, tannins, organic acids.
Description:

Individual flowers and buds on short bare pedicels or without them. Flowers with an inconspicuous five-toothed spaynolistnoy calyx and a whisk of 4-5 petals, fused at the base, with a diameter of up to 5 mm. Stamens 5, attached to the corolla tube, ovary is semi-inferior, three-cavity. Color of flowers and buds yellowish, yellow, dark yellow with light brown and brown impregnations.

The scent is fragrant. The taste of the water extract is spicy.

    Indications:Acute respiratory viral infections, including influenza (symptomatic therapy).
    Contraindications:Individual intolerance.

    Dosing and Administration:

    About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of flowers are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water,covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material was squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take inside in a warm form for 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day.

    Possible course of treatment is 1-2 weeks.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose have not been registered to date.
