The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
With colds taken internally in a warm form for 1 / 4-1 / 3 cup 2-3 times a day after meals.
With external application for the preparation of baths use 1 glass of bath infusion. The course of treatment is 20-25 days.
Repeated treatment should be carried out after a 10-12 day break (no more than 4 courses per year).
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
