    Pharmacodynamics:
    The drug is a combination of isoconazole and diflucortolone.
    Isoconazole is a synthetic derivative of imidazole. Has a wide antifungal and antibacterial spectrum of action. It is fungicidal and bactericidal. Suppresses the synthesis of ergosterol membranes of fungal cells, causing its death, blocks the synthesis of bacterial proteins. Active against dermatophytes (Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp., Epidermophyton spp. and others), molds, yeast and yeast-like fungi (Candida spp., Pityrosporum orbiculare / ovale (Malassezia furfur), Corynebacterium minutissimum - causative agent of erythrasma and Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp.
    Diflucortolone is a glucocorticosteroid for topical application. Has anti-inflammatory, antiexudative, anti-allergic and antipruritic effect.
    Pharmacokinetics:Studies on pharmacokinetics have not been conducted.
    Indications:
    Dermatoses of a combination of etiology, sensitive to glucocorticosteroid therapy, infected with a fungal / bacterial flora.
    Fungal skin lesions, including those newly infected, accompanied by marked inflammatory or eczematoid symptoms:
    - mycoses of feet and smooth skin, including localization in folds, interdigital spaces, areas of external genital organs (including balanoposthitis): microsporia, trichophytosis, rubrophytic, epidermophytia;
    - candidymycosis;
    - Erythrazm.

    Contraindications:
    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; tuberculosis, syphilitic, viral (varicella zoster, shingles) skin lesions; dermal post-vaccination reactions; I trimester of pregnancy.
    Carefully:II and III trimesters of pregnancy, lactation.
    Pregnancy and lactation:
    Like all topical preparations containing glucocorticosteroids, the drug is not recommended for use during the first trimester of pregnancy.
    The use of the drug in the II and III trimester of pregnancy is possible in those cases when the potential benefit to the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus.
    If it is necessary to use the drug during lactation it is necessary to solve the problem with the doctor about stopping breastfeeding.
    Dosing and Administration:
    Outwardly. The cream is applied a thin layer on the affected areas of the skin and lightly rubbed twice a day (morning and night).
    The maximum duration of treatment is 2 weeks.
    Side effects:Usually the drug is well tolerated, even when applied to sensitive skin. In rare cases, skin irritation and allergic reactions may develop. Given that the composition of the drug includes glucocorticosteroid for external use, when applying the cream on large surfaces (more than 10% of the skin surface) for a long time (more than 4 weeks) and / or using an occlusive dressing, there may be side effects characteristic of glucocorticosteroids: atrophy of the skin, telangiectasia, striae, acne-like dermatitis, perioral dermatitis, hypertrichosis, as well as systemic side effects (suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system function).
    Overdose:
    Acute overdose is not described, but with excessive or prolonged use of the drug, chronic overdose is possible, accompanied by the symptoms described in the section "Side Effects".
    Treatment: symptomatic.
    Interaction:Clinically significant interactions were not detected.
    Special instructions:
    Use only for external use.
    Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
    In patients with rosacea or perioral dermatitis, do not apply the drug to the skin of the face.
