Pharmacodynamics:

Ionic detergent with bactericidal properties (causes structural changes in the bacterial wall). Reduces surface tension, facilitating the dissolution of purulent secretions, which improves penetration into infected and necrotic tissues.

It is used in the form of candies for the treatment of diseases of the oral cavity and throat, and in the form of solutions for the purification of wounds and burns, the treatment of fungal infections of the skin and disinfection.
