Dosage form: & nbspA solution of hemoconvant.

  • Aids for blood transfusion
    • Pharmacodynamics:Solution Ernaf® - phosphate-salt solution with adenine and nicotinamide.
    The solution of Ernaf® is intended for preservation and resuspension of erythromass and erythroconcentrate on the day of blood collection from donors or not later than 7 days from the moment of its preparation.
    Resuspension of erythrocyte mass and erythroconcentrate in Ernaf® solution allows to normalize the rheological parameters and save up to 35 days the morphofunctional usefulness and therapeutic effectiveness of the erythrocyte suspension.
    The solution of Ernaf® is mixed with erythrocyte mass or erythroconcentrate in the ratio of 1 volume of solution to 2 volumes of erythrocyte mass or erythroconcentrate.
    Indications:As a hemoconvant for erythrocyte mass or erythroconcentrate during its storage and transfusion.
    Contraindications:- hemoglobin above 90 g / l with stopping bleeding; hemoglobin above 70 g / l for chronic anemia; hemoglobin above 80 g / l in the presence of concomitant cardiovascular pathology;
    - individual intolerance to nicotinic acid;
    - with a "massive" blood transfusion, prepared on the basis of Ernaf®, in patients with chronic renal insufficiency, the kidney function may worsen and the organism become intoxicated with the accumulated products of adenine metabolism.
    Dosing and Administration:Resuspension of erythrocyte mass with the help of Ernaf® solution is performed in a sterile closed system - in three-chamber or four-chamber polymeric containers for blood and its components by forcing the solution from the polymer container where it is stored into a polymer container with erythrocyte mass. Shelf life of canned erythrocyte mass and erythroconcentrate is 35 days.
    Before use, check the integrity of the consumer container and the tightness of the container.
    Special instructions:Freezing is allowed when transported.
    The turbidity of the polymer container and the presence of moisture in the bag with containers, provided that the containers are tight, is not a contraindication to the use of the drug.
    Form release / dosage:Hemoconvervant for 100 ml.
    Packaging:Pour into container:
    - in three-chamber polymer containers:
    in a capacity of 400 ml (the second capacity of 400 ml empty and the third capacity of 500 ml with 100 ml solution Glugitsir);
    - in four-chamber polymer containers:
    in a capacity of 400 ml (second and third containers with a capacity of 400 ml empty and fourth capacity of 500 ml with 100 ml of Glucicir solution).
    On a container with a solution of Ernaf®, put markorkuyu or paste a self-adhesive label.
    Each container is packaged in an inner bag. Package brew.
    For 1, 2, 3.4 or 5 containers in inner packages are packaged in an outer bag on which a self-adhesive label is affixed or affixed. Package brew.
    Packages are made from a polyethylene film or a composite multilayer material based on aluminum foil.
    When manufacturing outer bags of polyethylene film, containers of 5 pieces with instructions for the use of the product and the preparation are packed in a group container. Containers in external packages of the material of the composite laminated on the basis of aluminum foil are packed directly into the shipping container with instructions for the use of the preparation and instructions for the use of the product in an amount equal to the number of packages.
