About 5 g (2 tablespoons) of raw materials are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
It is possible to prepare the infusion in a thermos: 5 g of ground grass is poured 200-250 ml of steep boiling water and insisted for 1 hour.
Take the inside in a warm form for 1 / 4-1 / 2 (50-100 ml) glass 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 10-30 days.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
