Composition:

One capsule contains: lipoid PPL-400 (phospholipids) (in terms of 100% content of polyunsaturated phospholipids from soya lecithin - fraction PPL) 300 mg, methionine (in terms of 100% substance) 100 mg, soybean oil up to 550 mg.

Hard gelatine capsules: titanium dioxide, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, purified water, gelatin.

Description:

Hard gelatin capsules № 0 - the body is light brown in color and the lid is brown. The contents of the capsules are a yellow-brown or brown homogeneous mass from the ointment to a more dense consistency with a characteristic odor.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, has a hepatoprotective effect, normalizes all types of metabolism (fat, protein, carbohydrate).

    Methionine, one of the active components of the drug, is an essential amino acid that is the source of mobile methyl groups. Methionine is necessary for the synthesis of choline. An increase in choline content promotes an increase in the synthesis of endogenous (internal) phospholipids and a decrease in the deposition in the liver of neutral fat. Methionine is also necessary for the neutralization of xenobiotics. When atherosclerosis reduces the concentration of cholesterol and increases the concentration of phospholipidsblood.

    Essential phospholipids are irreplaceable factors for the development and functioning of liver cells. The main fraction of essential phospholipids in the preparation is represented by phosphatidylcholine (73%), which is the main component of biological membranes. Once in the body, phosphatidylcholine restores the integrity of the membranes of affected liver cells and activates the phospholipid-dependent enzymes located in the membrane, thereby normalizing permeability and enhancing the detoxification and excretory potential of liver cells.

    Methionine and essential phospholipids strengthen the action of each other, being the source of endogenous (internal) and exogenous (entering the body) phospholipids, respectively, improve the functional state of the liver cells and have hepatoprotective (protective) effect.

    Methionine also participates in the exchange of sulfur-containing amino acids, in the synthesis of epinephrine, creatinine and other biologically active compounds, converts the action of hormones, vitamins (B12, ascorbic, folic acid), enzymes, proteins, participates in the reactions of re-methylation, deamination, decarboxylation.

    Eslidine® restores liver function, increases its detoxification ability, and also normalizes fat, carbon and protein metabolism in the body.

    Indications:

    The drug is used in gastroenterology, dermatology, neurology, cardiology.

    Gastroenterology: Fatty degeneration of the liver of various etiologies; acute and chronic hepatitis (except viral); cirrhosis of the liver; toxic liver damage - alcoholic, narcotic, medicinal; dysfunction of hepatocytes (as a complication in other diseases); pre- and postoperative treatment for operations in the hepatobiliary zone.

    Dermatology: Psoriasis as part of complex therapy.

    Neurology: Atherosclerosis of cerebral vessels as a part of complex therapy.

    Endocrinology: Diabetes mellitus as a part of complex therapy; depletion, dystrophy.

    Cardiology: Atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries as part of complex therapy.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity (hypersensitivity) to the components of the drug; severe hepatic insufficiency, hepatic encephalopathy, viral hepatitis, children under 3 years old.

    Carefully:During pregnancy and in children from 3 to 7 years, as well as with kidney failure (because of the danger of an increase in hyperaemia).
    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Studies confirming the safety of Eslidine® for the fetus and safety for the child during lactation were not conducted.

    The use of the drug during pregnancy and during lactation is possible only on the prescription of the doctor in cases where the intended benefit to the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus and the baby.

    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is taken orally, with food, swallowing whole, with enough water.

    With liver diseases, atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries and cerebral vessels, diabetes mellitus, dystrophy and malnutrition, take 2 capsules 3 times a day. The recommended course of treatment is 3 months, the minimum course is 1 month.

    For psoriasis, 2 capsules 3 times a day. The recommended course of treatment is 2 weeks.

    Children older than 7 years with liver diseases, diabetes, fatty liver disease - 2 capsules 3 times a day for 1 to 3 months.

    For psoriasis, children older than 7 years - 2 capsules 3 times a day, for 2 weeks.

    Use of the drug in children from 3 to 7 years - 1 capsule 3 times a day, for 1-3 months.
    Side effects:Allergic reactions.
    Overdose:

    At an occasional excess of the daily dose, a decrease in blood pressure, increased heart rate (pulse), disorientation is possible several times.

    Treatment: symptomatic (under medical supervision).

    Form release / dosage:

    Capsules.

    Packaging:

    For 10 or 15 capsules in a contour mesh box made of polyvinylchloride film and aluminum foil.

    By 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 or 10 contour mesh packages together with instructions for medical use of the drug are placed in a pack of cardboard.

    Storage conditions:

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    2 years.
