Composition:

1 capsule contains:

active substances: phospholipids (essential phospholipids) (containing phosphatidylcholine 29%, phosphatidylethanolamine, etc.) 300 mg, thiamine mononitrate 6 mg, riboflavin 6 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 6 mg, alpha-tocopherol acetate (in the form of half-finished product 50%: alpha-tocopherol acetate, gelatin) 6 mg, nicotinamide 30 mg, cyanocobalamin 6 mcg;

Excipients: methylparahydroxybenzoate sodium 0.4 mg, sodium propylparahydroxybenzoate 0.2 mg, disodium edetate 0.1 mg, butyl hydroxytoluene 1.0 mg, magnesium alumthe silicate monohydrate (aluminum-magnesium silicate hydrate) 5.0 mg, talc up to 400 mg;

capsules, hard gelatinous: sodium lauryl sulfate (sodium dodecyl sulfate), titanium dioxide, dye azorubin (dye karmazin), dye sunset sunedye, dye, diamond blue, dye quinolineedye, dye crimson [POHCO-4R], methylparahydroxybenzoate sodium, sodium propylparahydroxybenzoate, water, gelatin.

Description:

Hard gelatin capsules number 0. The body is red, the lid is brown. Contents of the capsule: powder from pinkish-yellow to orange, particles in the form of compacted powder mass from white to brown, with a specific odor are allowed.

Pharmacodynamics:

Combination drug for the treatment of liver diseases. Provides hepatoprotective, hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic action. It inhibits the formation of connective tissue in the liver. Regulates the permeability of biomembranes, the activity of membrane-bound enzymes, providing a physiological rate of oxidative phosphorylation processes in cellular metabolism. Restores the membranes of hepatocytes putem of structural regeneration and the method of competitive inhibition of peroxide processes. Unsaturated fatty acids, built into biomembranes, take on toxicogenic effects instead of liver membrane lipids, normalize liver function, increase ee detoxification ability. Different types of essential phospholipids in Essley Forte® are ready-made structural elements for liver cells, restore membranes and functional activity of hepatocytes.

The combination of vitamins contributes to the normalization of metabolic processes in the body.

Indications:

Fatty degeneration of the liver of various etiologies, violations of lipid metabolism of the liver; hepatitis, cirrhosis; toxic liver damage (alcoholic, narcotic, medicinal); radiation sickness; psoriasis (as part of a combination therapy).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children under 12 years.

Dosing and Administration:

Inside with food, swallowing whole with enough water.

Adults: 2 capsules 2-3 times a day.

Children from 12 to 18 years old: 1 capsule 2-3 times a day.
