    Composition:

    1 tablet contains:

    active substance: horse chestnut extract dry (containing triterpene glycosides in terms of escin at least 19%) - 0.110 g;

    auxiliary components: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium stearate; aerosil;

    auxiliary components of the shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, iron oxide brown.

    Description:

    Round tablets covered with a shell, biconvex form of a reddish-brown color.

    Pharmacodynamics:The drug has an angioprotective, venotonic and anti-inflammatory effect.
    Indications:

    Symptomatic treatment of diseases of the veins of the lower extremities: varicose veins.

    Venous insufficiency (a feeling of numbness, pain and a feeling of heaviness in the legs, spasms of the calf muscles, edema of the lower extremities); trophic changes (eg, shin ulcers); postthrombophlebitic syndrome.

    Post-traumatic inflammation and postoperative edema of soft tissues.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy (I trimester), lactation.

    Carefully:

    Strengthens the effect of indirect anticoagulants.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Take daily 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals, washing down with the necessary amount of liquid. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets 3 times a day.

    The course of treatment is 3 months if the doctor is not prescribed otherwise. If necessary, the course of treatment is continued after consultation with the doctor.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible. Rarely irritation of the mucosa of the gastrointestinal tract (dyspepsia, nausea).

    Interaction:

    Strengthens the effect of indirect anticoagulants.

    Special instructions:

    In case of irritation of the gastrointestinal mucosa, it is recommended to take the drug while eating.

    Perhaps the appointment of women during pregnancy, especially with swelling of the lower extremities in the III trimester (in the absence of nephropathy).

    With the sudden appearance of severe symptoms of venous insufficiency (especially on one leg) - swelling, discoloration, a feeling of tension and heat,pain - should consult a doctor (to exclude thrombosis of the veins of the lower extremities).

    Tablets coated with a coating, 0, 110 g.

    Packaging:

    For 20 pieces in a planar cell pack.
