Composition:

Eucalyptus is a rod-shaped leaf.

Characteristic

Eucalyptus leaf-shaped leaves contain an essential oil, which includes cineole, pinene, myrtenol, pinocarvone, tannins and other biologically active compounds.

Description:

Pieces of leaves of various shapes, passing through it with holes of 7 mm. Color from light green to greyish-green, sometimes with a purple hue. The scent is fragrant. The taste of water extract is spicy-bitter.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    The infusion of eucalyptus leaf of a rod-shaped one has an antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory effect.

    Indications:

    In the complex therapy of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the pharynx and upper respiratory tract (pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug.

    For inhalations - bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, whooping cough.

    Children up to 3 years.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Application during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and the baby.

    Dosing and Administration:

    About 10 grams (2 tablespoons) of raw materials are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed . The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Apply locally in a warm form for 1 / 2-1 a glass of infusion: inhalation is carried out 2 times a day, rinsing 3-4 times a day.

    The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
