Description:

  • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug effect, which is due to the effects of its constituent ingredients (pamabrom - diuretic, which helps to remove fluid from the body, paracetamol - analgesic, eliminating pain, pyrilamine maleate - antagonist H1-histamine receptors). The drug Femizol is intended for relief of such symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, as: bloating, weight gain due to fluid retention in the body, headaches and back pain.

    Indications:Treatment of premenstrual syndrome.
    Contraindications:

    Age of children under 15 years.

    Pregnancy.

    Increased individual sensitivity to the ingredients of the drug.

    Severe forms of impaired liver function and / or kidney function.

    Dosing and Administration:Take 1-2 tablets with water. Reception can be repeated every 4-6 hours, as necessary, but not more than 8 tablets per day.
    Side effects:

    Drowsiness, dizziness.

    Rarely - allergic reactions (skin rash, urticaria, angioedema). With prolonged use in high doses, a hepatotoxic effect is possible. In isolated cases: thrombocytopenia. hemolytic anemia.

    Overdose:

    Excitatory effect on the central nervous system (hallucinations, impaired coordination of movements, convulsions).

    Special instructions:

    The drug Femizol should not be taken more than 10 days in a row, unless it is prescribed by a doctor. If pain persists for more than 10 days, consult a doctor immediately. Do not take this medication without telling your doctor if you have respiratory problems, and if you have glaucoma.During the intake of this drug should be avoided the use of alcoholic beverages.
